A comprehensive written marketing plan will be CUSTOMIZED for you. My objective is to bring you as many qualified buyers as possible and to communicate the results of those efforts on a regular basis.

YOUR listing will be sent immediately to our listing service and to our state-of-the-art website,,, as well as and ALL other leading real estate websites. All e-mail requests regarding your property will be monitored and managed by me.

A for sale sign will be placed on your property as well as an information box with flyers.

APPPOINTMENTS for showing are taken through our showing service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. After each showing, I will contact the showing agent for feedback and to further promote your home and determine the level of interest from the buyer. After each showing I will communicate with you to report both positive and negative comments from buyers and notify you regarding their intentions.

YOUR home may be professionally photographed and/or placed on a virtual tour to enhance its visibility through the internet. Just listed cards will be mailed to your immediate neighborhood to get the word out quickly and accurately about your property. Open houses may be held periodically at your convenience.

I will negotiate the best possible price and terms for you and be responsible for overseeing property inspections and closing arrangements to ensure a smooth, stress-free transaction.
